The Exploding Cinema has undertaken a couple of tours of mainland Europe (mostly Germany and the Benelux countries) as well as one off dates both in Europe and the US. A key role in initiating and co-ordinating the European events has been played by Karsten Weber of Filmgruppe Chaos ( www.filmgruppe-chaos.de ) based in Kiel. He also participated in the Volcano! events (in 1998), as well as being co-coordinator of the Anglo-German feature collaboration 'Maldoror'.
